Scientific Poster Competition
Requirements
- Category: Original Research (OR), Systematic Review-Meta Analysis (SRMA) & Case Report (CR).
- Participants (Presenters): Medical students, general practitioners, residents (PPDS/PPDSS), and specialist doctors who are registered as offline participants of SGU 2026.
- Manuscripts must be written in English, original, and must not have been previously published or submitted to other competitions.
- Abstracts should only be submitted via SGU 2026 website
- Abstract submission deadline: Wednesday, March 11th, 2026 at 23:59 WIB.
- Accepted abstracts will be announced in early April.
- Detailed instructions regarding poster and e-poster submission will be sent via email.
Abstract Format
- Manuscripts must be written in proper English.
- Abstract length must not exceed 350 words, using Times New Roman font, size 12, single-spaced.
- Original Research format: Background, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
- Systematic Review-Meta Analysis format: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion
- Case Report format: Background, Case Description, Discussion, Conclusion.
- Title must not exceed 15 words.
Information
- Each participant is allowed to submit more than one abstract.
- Certificates will be awarded to one name listed as the presenter.
- Winners and prizes will be announced during the closing ceremony.

- Winners will receive attractive prizes.
